The deal
- SeasonBinder is a tool for tracking fair and festival applications, deadlines, and vendor paperwork. It is currently free while we get rolling. If paid plans arrive later, nothing will be charged without your clear, explicit sign-up.
Your account
- You need to be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) and provide accurate information.
- Keep your password to yourself; what happens under your login is your responsibility.
Your content stays yours
- Everything you enter or upload — events, documents, files — remains your property. We store and display it only to run the service for you.
- When you share a packet link or post an event to the public directory, you are choosing to make that specific content visible to others.
Play fair
- Do not upload anything illegal, anything you have no right to share, or anything malicious.
- Do not misuse the service — no attempts to access other vendors’ data, overload the system, or abuse the directory with spam or false listings.
- We may remove content or close accounts that break these rules.
Honest limits
- SeasonBinder is provided “as is.” We work hard to keep it reliable and your reminders punctual, but we cannot promise perfection, and we are not liable for missed deadlines, lost opportunities, or damages arising from use of the service.
- Reminders are a safety net, not a substitute for your own calendar on mission-critical dates.
- Keep your own copies of important documents. SeasonBinder is a convenient binder, not your only binder.
Changes and goodbyes
- We may update the service and these terms; significant changes will be announced plainly.
- You can stop using SeasonBinder anytime and ask us (via the Feedback button) to delete your account and data.
